Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation, we may not be able to reschedule or offer another consultation.Cancellation by Us: In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, scheduling conflict). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a rescheduled time at no charge.
Rescheduling by Client: If you need to reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to Attend: If you do not attend the consultation without prior notice or cancellation, this will be considered a no-show. After a no-show, we may choose to no longer offer further consultations.
